With one year of experience as a Ward Sister in Anaesthesia and Recovery at Churchill Oxford University Hospital and a strong background in nursing, I am passionate about leading my team of nurses, ODPs, and HCSWs to deliver exceptional care before, during, and after anaesthesia. The PCC programme has been a transformative experience, helping me grow as a leader while strengthening relationships within my team and gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of both my patients and staff.
