The learning disability fellowship offers a fantastic opportunity to newly qualified nurses and being a mentor on this programme is an honour. I am passionate about supporting our future workforce and look forward to working together to support innovate best practice and share my years of experience. I am looking forward to sharing learning from my 34 years’ experience in the field of learning disabilities, working in a range of clinical, education and governance roles locally regionally and nationally.
