As a learning disability nurse with over 30 years’ experience – I have worked in a wide range of organisations, NHS, social care, voluntary & private organisations. I am passionate about the importance of developing compassionate and curious cultures to promote high quality care and to support and develop staff. I am looking forward to offering mentoring to newly/recently qualified LD fellows to help them to identify their career pathways to help to develop the profession of the future.
