I provide supervision to postgraduate research students. Supervision to practice assessors. Academic support and leadership advice. I hope to pass on my experience of personal development and motivate future leaders.

I am passionate about culturally competent care in learning disability nursing both from the perspectives of nurses, student nurses and patients. I am fascinated by how people experience care when they deliver and receive it. My research interests are expanding every time and as a keen learner myself, l love sharing my experiences and having discussions and debates with colleagues so as to expand my perspectives.
