Rosie Nayyar

My current role involves participating in the care and treatment of children and young people with a variety of mental health difficulties and needs. I am also involved in management duties including providing leadership and support to the staff team, being involved in decision making around referrals, promoting safety on the ward for both patients and staff members and inclusion of young people in decisions relating to service delivery.

I am hoping this programme will support me to develop my leadership and management skills in order to enhance my contribution to the service, the staff team and the young people we care for.
