Jessica Metherall

I currently work as a learning disability nurse with the intensive assessment and treatment team in the community. Our remit is to support the provision of assessment and treatment of people with a learning disability showing high levels of distress and/ or presenting risks to other people. I hold a caseload of people which I currently manage with the support of the team. We work within a multi disciplinary team where we put our services users’ needs at the forefront of our work.

I would like to have the confidence to conduct myself effectively in meetings and discover how to support my colleagues and clients to develop myself and enable me to lead myself to improve my service.
