Dylan White

I am a community learning disability nurse. My job role involves assessing, identifying and addressing the unmet health needs of people with a learning disability. I liaise with a number of other professionals from our multidisciplinary team as well as external services to ensure individuals have access to appropriate health care and support.

I would like to develop my leadership skills and increase my knowledge in order to advocate for and support people with a learning disability and their families/carers. I am hoping this will further improve my practice as a community learning disability nurse and provide me with additional skills for my future and career progression.
