Being part of the Inspire Improvement Fellowship is an opportunity to enhance and develop my leadership and confidence in bringing positive culture change within my team and enabling them to develop new ways of working to maximise the service we provide.

As with as NHS trust, we have seen multiple changes in service provision at times this has been met with negative attitudes and despondency. I am hoping that the fellowship will help me drive forward, inspire and motivate my team to be actively engaged in improving patient care, experience and pathways whilst feeling valued and supported through the process.
