Quality Director, Berkley Care Group

Masline is the Quality Director at Berkeley Care Group, where she drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Previously, she served as Head of Clinical Development for a large not for profit provider, focusing on innovative strategies for patient care and professional development, notably her work on Incontinence Associated Dermatitis, which received international acclaim. Masline also led support programmes for internationally trained nurses, significantly enhancing OSCE pass rates.

Masline is a Queen’s Nurse and a recipient of the Chief Nurse’s Gold Award for her services to social care. Her dedication to advancing healthcare standards through innovative and practical solutions defines her leadership in nursing. Masline’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her role as co-chair of the BOB ICB Social Care Nursing Advisory Council.
