That’s a Wrap! Final workshop days for Inspire Improvement
From Giselle Cope: FoNS Person-centred Practice Facilitator
It has been an absolute honour and privilege to have been part of The Inspire Improvement Fellowship this past year. This week the programme concluded with its final workshops in person in Birmingham. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate self, each other, and the journey so far.
To be part of each fellow’s journey has been a truly inspirational and enlightening experience for me. I too have gained invaluable insights and learning from the group. Despite current challenges in practice, it has been remarkable seeing how each person’s self-confidence and leadership has grown and flourished over the past 12 months.
While the programme may have formally concluded, their strong connection as a group continues to grow with a renewed energy and passion in leading workplace culture change. The words from Brene Brown really do sum up that connection:
Finally, I would like to personally thank each Fellow, the co-facilitators Karen and Rachel, and the Burdett Trust for Nursing for creating such a unique opportunity of support and development in leading person centred culture change.
