Welcome to Sonia Denton-Smith

We are delighted to welcome Sonia to the team. Sonia is joining us as RBCS Project Manager and Facilitator. Sonia said: ‘I am thrilled to be joining FoNS as the Project Manager for the Resilience-based Clinical Supervision Programme. Nurses are working in highly emotional and demanding environments, and I recognise the huge value of having a safe space to process and understand our emotions and the impact of our work. Having this head space not only helps us focus on our own wellbeing but has positive effects for our relationships at work and our ability to continue to grow and improve.’
