Person-centred Cultures: A FoNS Development Programme
FoNS is delighted to be able to offer this new programme designed to support clinical nurse and midwife leaders to develop person-centred cultures in the workplace.
The FoNS Residential Programme
Facilitating the development of person-centred cultures
Held annually, this opportunity will help participants to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in facilitating the development of person-centred cultures.
Resilience-based Clinical Supervision
A form of restorative clinical supervision which aims to enhance wellbeing, resilience and improve patient care. FoNS delivers ‘public programmes from time-to-time. Contact [email protected] for next dates
Ward Manager Leadership Development Programme
Commissioned as part of NHS England’s Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism (MHLDA) Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme, this opportunity is open to in-patient ward leaders in England
The Richard Tompkins Scholarship
A development opportunity, for a registered nurse, midwife or health visitor who is committed to developing person-centred cultures of care. This scholarship is open to practitioners who are working clinically in any health or social care setting UK-wide
The Professor Jan Dewing Memorial Award
The Professor Jan Dewing Memorial Award aims to celebrate the achievements of an individual nurse who has significantly contributed to the advancement of person-centred practice and to offer support for continued development
The FoNS Learning Disability Nursing Fellowship
This is a funded development opportunity for aspiring leaders and early career frontline registered learning disability nurses
