Varun Kabra is a transformative business leader with senior management experience in various sectors like technology, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), healthcare and financial services. He has managed large-scale teams both at Fortune 500 companies as well as scale up organisations including at Google, YouTube, Revolut and Johnson & Johnson.

In addition to managing diverse businesses, his wide-ranging experience includes marketing, communications, digital, product management and sales across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle-East and Africa leading transformational strategies – both growth and turnaround – and driving customer and shareholder value.

Recognised for his innovative thinking and the leadership in marketing that he has brought to executive roles across industries, he has become an active advisor to startups in the technology space. Varun has been living in London since 2012 after spending most of his early career in Asia.

Varun is an engineer from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management.
