In the last month, I have been lucky enough to be successful in getting a senior nurse/locality nurse secondment post so have been busy making plans for that! I feel my Learning Disability Nursing fellowship project with the bladder and bowel team highlighted leaderships qualities that I could share within my interview which meant I was successful in my application.
