Delighted to welcome our Lived Experience Coproduction Leads
We are delighted to welcome our two new Lived Experience Co-Production
Leads Jolie Goodman and Wendy Minhinnett.
Jolie Goodman has worked from a survivor perspective in mental health and social care for over two decades. As an artist, she brings creativity as well as experience across a range settings. Wendy Minhinnett is passionate about the genuine role co-production, lived experiences and peer support can play to make a difference in mental health and people’s lives. She brings over ten years’ experience of lived experience working in children and young people’s mental health.
Wendy and Jolie said: ‘We are so excited and honoured to join the FoNS team as the joint Lived Experience Co-production Leads as part of the Culture of Care Ward Manager’s Programme. It’s early days in post and we are spending time building relationships, exploring ideas and ways of working together, which is building good foundations for true co-creation. We’re feeling really hopeful for what is to come and look forward to evolving the work together.’
Joanne Bosanquet said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Jolie Goodman and Wendy Minhinnett as our two Lived Experience Co-production Leads. We are very excited to be working with them on our Co-production Journey.’
‘Co-production in terms of design, delivery and evaluation is fundamental to the FoNS MHLDA Ward Manager Leadership Development Programme. We recognise that FoNS is in the early days of co-production, but believe coproduction is essential to ensure equity in health and social care.’
