FoNS Inspire Improvement Fellow

Although I attended the Inspire Improvement Fellowship in 2019 I have continued to put the theory into practice locally on a regular basis. I have now had several culture half day sessions looking at values and beliefs, and claims, concerns and issues. The feedback has been very positive and I am now attempting to offer these sessions to all staff. Initially I focussed on key staff areas, feedback from staff suggested this should be offered to everyone.

Every time I facilitate a session, I am always delighted to see the engagement and positive response from the staff following the session.
