I think there is a continuing impact. As new staff join the team, I think I’m clearer about saying ‘this is what we do here, this is why we do it, and this is the expectation of the team here’. I have more courage to challenge things when they’re wrong and that includes my manager as well!

There’s a reason that people want to work here. It’s not an easy place to work. But it absolutely is the culture. It’s the way people feel when they come here.
