Rachel has helped redesign the service they provide for patients, engaged with the staff to help develop their individual talents and foster a learning and knowledge sharing environment. She believes ‘that sharing knowledge is our biggest step in positively changing the culture of the NHS’ and is looking forward to ‘working on holistic transformation for practice development’.
