Tracey Hartley-Smith

Clinical Lead NHSE Quality Improvement Taskforce – Children and Young People’s Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Inpatient Services

I am delighted to share my enthusiasm and passionate for being a learning disability nurse in a senior role. It is a real privilege to able to make a difference to the lives of children and young people with learning disabilities, and their families. I have experience of leadership and innovation, service development, co-production and working to improve the health outcomes for people with learning disabilities. My varied role also involves working directly with families at home or visiting children in school, advising and supporting parents in developing positive behaviour support plans and delivering specialist interventions.
