I am looking forward to offering mentorship and coaching support to the FONS LD Fellow. I have benefitted from mentorship and coaching at various stages in my career and I am keen to use my experience to benefit others. I hope through the mentorship relationship to be able to share my leadership journey, make connections, provide a listening ear and encouragement to my mentee. Ultimately, I hope to be able to help the LD fellow reach their potential through supportive challenge, to think creatively and to set goals that stretches their thinking.
