Ann Norman

Ann is a registered nurse with 42 years nursing experience in a wide range of clinical and senior leadership roles. Majoring on issues around Justice and forensics and learning disability – her most recent post was at the RCN as UK lead for 15 years covering professional issues to members in these areas. Ann has recently retired from the RCN but maintains strong links with her extensive networks and has a passion for supporting nursing leadership within the next generation of nurses.

Growing leadership and confidence skills is something Annie loves to support. Helping newer nurses to realize that we are all ‘agents for positive change’ is the driving force behind her desire to offer mentorship
