Rachel Gill

Hello my name is Rachel and I am a district nurse team leader of 8 years. I lead a busy nursing team in North Sheffield. The team is made up of myself, two deputy team leaders and currently ten staff nurses, an administrator and an Advanced Care Practitioner. As a team we work within the Southey area which is the second most deprived area in the city of Sheffield.

I’m hoping that the Inspire Improvement Fellowship can help me to re energise and inspire the team, improve staff morale and job satisfaction. This will in turn enable us to improve the care we deliver to the people we care for.
